Shipping policy
Every Wandermark piece is made to order just for you — that's how we keep our designs original and avoid waste.
Production time: Orders are produced within 1–3 business days before shipping.
Shipping time & cost:
- Free shipping on every order — no minimum.
- United States: typically 2–5 business days after production.
- Canada & international: typically 5–15 business days after production, depending on destination.
You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships. During busy periods (holidays, major events) production and delivery can take a little longer.
Order changes: Because items go into production quickly, we can only change or cancel an order within 12 hours of purchase. Contact us as soon as possible at marco@tez.studio and we'll do our best.
Wrong address: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we can reship it but may need to charge the reshipping cost.
