Production time
Orders are produced within 1–3 business days before shipping.
Shipping time & cost
- Free shipping on every order — no minimum.
- United States: typically 2–5 business days after production.
- Canada & international: typically 5–15 business days after production, depending on destination.
You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships. During busy periods (holidays, major events) production and delivery can take a little longer.
Order changes
Because items go into production quickly, we can only change or cancel an order within 12 hours of purchase. Contact us as soon as possible at marco@tez.studio and we'll do our best.
Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we can reship it but may need to charge the reshipping cost.
