Every item is printed on demand, made specifically for your order. That means we handle returns a little differently than a warehouse store — but we'll always make it right.
Damaged, defective, or wrong item
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or isn't what you ordered, we'll send a free replacement or a full refund — your choice. Just email marco@tez.studio within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we'll take care of it. No need to ship anything back.
Size exchanges & change of mind
Because each piece is made to order, we can't accept returns for size changes or change of mind. Please check the size guide on each product page before ordering. If you're ever unsure, reach out first — we're happy to help you pick.
Lost in transit
If tracking shows your package stalled or lost for more than 10 business days, contact us and we'll ship a replacement.
